Splash Damage makes the 100 Best Companies to Work For list

The results are in and we’re proud to announce that Splash Damage placed 58th in The 100 Best Large Companies to Work For List 2021! Not only that, but we also placed 29th in the regional list for London’s 75 Best Large Companies To Work For and have earned a 3-star “World Class” accreditation.
The 100 Best Companies to Work For list is compiled purely from the opinions of employees, and judged on eight key indicators including well-being, personal growth and leadership.
Splash Damage has a proud history with Best Companies, making the 100 Best Companies to Work For list in 2018, and we’ve been awarded their Best Companies accreditation in previous years.
This year’s result is particularly meaningful after a challenging 18 months of remote working and struggling through a pandemic, many of us separated from our friends, colleagues, and families. We’re so proud of the resolve shown by our staff, who this past year alone have launched a new take on the tactics genre with Gears Tactics on PC and Xbox Consoles, continued support for Gears 5, and launched a brand new IP with Outcasters.
