Chris Sweetman to Speak at Imperial College London This Afternoon

Splash Damage’s Audio Director and President of Boom Chris ‘peaceful warrior’ Sweetman will be speaking at London’s Imperial College this afternoon. Titled “Guns Have Wheels – What You Can Communicate to Players via Dynamic Sound Design”, Chris’ lecture will cover the creation and implementation of dynamically created weapon sounds that “keep every shot sounding fresh and full of information”, and will also be going over how intelligent sound design can be used to drive gameplay.
