The reviews are in. Critics are calling Gears 5 “a spectacular return to form” and “the most ambitious campaign” that the series has ever had.
We couldn’t be more proud of the work our friends and colleagues at The Coalition have achieved with the campaign, and we cannot wait for multiplayer impressions to start dropping – and the game itself to be in the hands of you all!
You don’t have long to wait. Early access, for those of you who have either Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Gears 5: Ultimate Edition Early Access, launches on September 5th (that’s tomorrow!) at 9pm in your local time zone.
If you’ve not opted for early access (why not?) the game launches worldwide on September 10th on PC and Xbox One.
