Ninja Theory's Lead Gameplay Programmer Appointed Splash Damage’s Technical Director
Marc Fascia, successful Lead on Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, to oversee all engineering teams at leading independent developer
London, England – January 2012 – Award-winning studio Splash Damage today announced that veteran programmer Marc Fascia is now appointed Technical Director. Previously, Marc served at Ninja Theory where he worked on the acclaimed third person title Enslaved: Odyssey to the West as Lead Gameplay Programmer.
Marc will guide all of Splash Damage's technology efforts and set the overall direction for its programming teams. He will also support Director of Production Griff Jenkins as the studio grows to additional gaming platforms.

Marc brings over 13 years of game development experience to Splash Damage, including 10 years' development on the Unreal engine. After graduating from Nimes EERIE with a Master Degree in Computer Science and Computer Graphics Engineering in 1999, Marc joined Infogrames as a programmer working on Mission Impossible 2 and Nikita. Mark also worked at Widescreen Games and consulted for Arkane Studios before taking up residence at Ninja Theory as Lead Gameplay Programmer on 2011's critically-acclaimed action-adventure Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.
