Perks & Benefits
Being part of Splash Damage brings with it a variety of benefits and perks. Here are a few of them:
- Highly competitive salaries
We pride ourselves on being able to pay our employees more than the industry average.
- Contributory private pension scheme
All full-time members of staff may enroll in our pension scheme. We offer 3% salary matching and increase this amount to 5% for all senior positions.
- Excellent medical coverage
Despite the free national healthcare, Splash Damage makes sure that every full-time member of staff gets BUPA private health care and dental insurance. Better yet, this extends to spouses, as well.
- State of the Art Facilities
Splash Damage's brand-new, purpose-built offices feature a large recreational zone with dual 50" plasma televisions for co-operative gaming and a table football set, a big kitchen with fully stocked drinks fridges, several meetings rooms and our trademark open plan development floor that keeps everyone completely accessible.
- Great location
Our offices are located in the heart of the London Borough of Bromley, close to Bromley South railway station and the humongous The Glades shopping centre.
- 28 days of paid holiday
Every full-time member of staff is allowed 1.66 holiday days per 160 hours worked, which works out to 20 days per year, plus England's 8 bank holiday days.
- Complimentary health club & spa membership
If you work for us full-time, we'll pay for a membership at a local gym of your choice, such as the Pavilion Leisure Centre in Bromley or Virgin Active.
- Referral fee
We pay £1000 to any employee who recommends a candidate that is hired on a full-time basis.
- Extensive Games and Books Libraries
All Splash Damage staff get access to our extensive Games and Books Libraries, featuring all the latest video games as well as a variety of books relevant to programming, art, and level design.
- Regular social events
Members of Splash Damage regularly get together for a wide variety of events. These include weekly pub quizzes, weekly 5-a-side football, regular pub nights and parties.
