Paul 'digs' Saunders

Senior Designer

Joining us from astride a Vincent Black Lightning 1952 (he's just had to replace all of the original parts with those of another, more recent bike) comes Paul 'digs' Saunders. Grizzled veteran of the British games industry, Paul emerges every day from his tar-smeared riding cape and aviator goggles with a wealth of experiences, notions, commotions and gallon after gallon of joyous song. He just can't help himself.

Paul himself was originally hewn with anywhere between five and twelve mighty strokes of an Iron Age adze from a Guapinol log, itself flumed down the slopes of the Central Highlands of Leicester. He is accompanied everywhere he goes by an honour guard of krill, hyraxes, tenrecs and a big mean goat. When not vigorously stirring game design documents with a wooden oar or flailing them with copper hammers, his hobbies include lacquering porpoises, defragmenting cinema audience seating patterns and tracing the development of the re-entrant G-C-E-A tuning. He knows what alum is. He's friends with the Sun. He's under your desk right now.
