View Full Version : HUD and Weapon shader paths messed up?

I have developed a problem with the HUD and weapon shader paths.
It developed when I downloaded someone elses pk3, not their fault i didn't have my directory structure set-up to be doing the tests I was doing.
Basiclly what has happened is that all the shaders that control the textures associated with these areas of the game have been lost.

Could someone direct me to the shader files associated with this or if that isn't the problem than explain how I can fix it???
I have looked but can't seem to see a problem with the shaders that I think are causing it.

I noticed in the other forum that you tried un-install and re-install of the game. Did you install into the same path; if so, try another path. You might want to install the editor again (make sure the .qe4 files are move/deleted).

To make a long story short...
Everything works now.
I re-installed everything , including unzipping the pak0.pk3, sp_pak1 and sp_pak2.pk3.
Life is once again a bowl of cherries

Map on
