Looks like a part from the punkbuster-log. You should visit Punkbuster (http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=support-et.php) or Punksbusted (http://www.punksbusted.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=16) for more info. Additionally you can use something like the Punkbuster log parser (http://www.gamerunners.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=2) to check your PB-logs.

when its a punkbuster log that means, this player would be detected and got kicked on pb servers?

sorry, i dont have a log.. i only got this information

This message means, that Punkbuster detected a wallhack (=cheat) for this player and kicked him. At this point the player is kicked only from this server (for a certain time). He can join other servers (but will get kicked there too if Punkbuster is enabled). The admin will usually check the log-file later and add the player to the banlist (I think the long hex-number is the GUID) and trade his banlist with other admins.
