Hey - Help with 3DS?

I really am interested in learningsome 3DS for programming my 1st 1st person game. However, my main guy who said he could make some 3D models, now dosent exist. Does anyone know any good reasources that this sorry spirit can learn from? :roll:

Probably the best community site for modelling and skinning is http://www.polycount.com they have a pretty extensive list of tutorials listed there.

It's specifically game orientated so you should find what you are looking for there.
