I dont know, try it.
place md3 export. dle to 3ds max/stdplugs and md3 import to 3ds max/scripts/startup
Export md3 with uwmap, type to frames 0 and 1st 2 ticks on the up not match

i tried to navigate through the site, it has two, one for ver 3 and other for ver 4,5. i dont remember which one i tried but said that not made for this version, im not modelling much. but try urself if u need it.
