okay i am a newb.. xD
so listen,
I made a lil test TJ map
and i saved it and did the bsp thing (although i did just (single) BSP -meta)
And i got these files putted tyhem into rar changed to .pk3
and guese what
my map is only 27 KB!
i know i did it wrong so what am i suposed to do????

First of all, it needs to be a .zip file. ;)

YAY! its now 30 KB xD
ok so its pk3 through zip
and now???
BTW i don't have any maps or anything
only .map .lin .srf and .bsp
and i don't have anything else :|

download pakspace
Pakspace - pk3 wiever and more http://www.pythononline.co.uk/et/pakscape.zip
and open with this some pk3 and you see what you must have in this

Do you know any tuturials on making TJ maps and how dous the pakscape work xD
i am a total newb with this so i need alot of help :|

create a folder called "maps" somewhere and put your .bsp file in. if you have winrar installed, then simply right click the maps folder, select sth like add to archive, change archive format to .zip, use your own filename (for example mytjmap.pk3) and submit.
the pk3 file should be created.

Check the sticky threads on top, they will tell you what you need to know..
Only tip i can give you which afaik is not in the sticky threads, use PakScape instead of winrar/winzip... it's very easy to use, you just drag your files / folders into the program as if it was a normal windows folder, and you save it as a pk3 file directly. Never had any problems with it.
