Some time ago I've had the idea to create a thread dedicated to impressive but inactive SD forum members.
Actually this kind of thread should be dedicated to all memorable but inactive members of the W:ET community.
So everyone please feel free to add your personal most impressive inactive SD forum or W:ET community members.

I know the list will and can not be complete.

As I am more interested in mapping and modding this list contains unfortunately only mappers.
Only mentioning these members doesn't mean that others haven't contribute to the community.
I remember those the most.

The list is in no particular order.

Ifurita is probably beta testing ETQW as we speak, and probably is holding some sort of N.D.A.

I totally forgot ydnar.
Sorry.

No trace / track (not sure which one is correct) of Gerbil.
Strange.

Is Ifurita really testing ET:QW or is it a guess?
Lucky guy.

What's N.D.A.?

The last posts of some of the mentioned members weren't made too long ago.

Ifurita is moderator of a Quake 4 website. With this in mind, he's probably mapping for Quake 4.

last i herd he had given up mapping for time and sanity reasons but did say he wanted to look at the doom3/q4 engne to be ready for ETQW release so we could see a comback

I always liked drakir's maps especially Rhineland Bridge when it came out first, very good mapper.

So someone who doesn't post for two weeks is inactive? ;)

I could add my own list of names (Rain, Lekdevil, blushing_bride, Hummer, ...), but this "community shrine" sounds too much like something you'd create before closing a dying forum, and this place is possibly more alive than ever.

Nice thought though. :)

Iffy did a hell of a lot of work for the ET/RTCW community while juggling twins at the same time (litteraly from what i seen of his one handed config). He's on IRC a bit.. he may not speak but he's there. He'll be lurking in the midsts, more that likely waiting for ET:QW to be released so he can bathe us in his knowledge once again.

I've taken out G0-Gerbil and Ifurita.
G0-Gerbil has returned (actually they all will return - one time SD forum, everytime SD forum).
And I haven't checked the date of the last post of Ifurita as I've added him to the list.

Although both of them deserve the honour.
May be this also should be a place to honour active members of the forum and the community.

No longer sure if this threat was a good idea.
There are many people that should appear here.
