Still... Playing to stay alive and speaking about no-nonsense (like showing your game) at the same time is not a task to be taken lightly.

Kinda faster moving characters than i expected, i know is a quake titled game but i sorta expected the movement speed to be slower and not quake deathmatch speed (almost).

I like it at that speed! Speedy games are more fun and doesn't make terrain maps like this a pain in the ass to play on.

Also the speed seems close to what W:ET is which seems like the right thing to do imo.

Another thing i really like is that the guns actually have a rate of fire well above the W:ET ones. More like rtcw, nice!

I do hope you can turn off weapon bob... It's one of my least favorite "realism" features :( It also makes me woozy, which means more TK'ing and less StroggK'ing...

The gameplay videos from IGN are excellent!!!! but are so short....

So I wanted to put them into a playlist (Quicktime doest have playlist-mode..) which cannot be done with winamp or windows media player 9...

So I used Media Player Classic from 'K-Lite Codec Pack', and just put the files into the playlist (CTRL+9 for shortkey to show playlist), and the just watch and pretend ET:QW is already here, and installed on your PC, and you are actually in the game, just speccin :)

Edit: I didnt hear any "hitsounds" from the videos.... feels kinda like etmain?

indeed, i hope you can turn off bob at all ... quake 4 made me nearly puke with that forced and not deactivateable cr*p, couldn't play it for more than an hour ...
