huge problem

Hi, i play ET Unpatched 2.55, for some strange reason my Enemy Territory wont show half of the servers on the server list, but i know they are there as my friend on xfire are playing in them. i always have to ask for the IP to connect. and after i finish playing and exit the program my internet stops working for a while, pages not loadin up, msn signing out, xfire also.

Called my ISP and they said its my UDP Port and i need to contact someone who creates the game or sumthin for my UDP Port address so i can call my ISP back and then they can open it or sumthin.

please help

Is your friend running 2.6? Why don't you patch?

my ISP told me to contact the people who create the game to ask for my UDP Port address, but i cant see a link to contact them or anything =(

I believe there's a bug in ET, causing some servers to be hidden.
If this is not the case, read Jolt.co.uk's W:ET Faq (http://www.rtcw.jolt.co.uk/content/faq/enemyterritory_faq.html#ports).

Sounds like you have some filter selected in the server browser. There are only about 100 unpatched servers btw, but more than 2000 servers running ET2.60.

I avoid unpatches non etpro servers like the plague - full of botters
