me and a few people are creating a new mode with new maps but when some1 trying to join we getting this error

Did you name your map pakN.pk3 ? all packs with names like that are considered 'official' and treated differently from normal packs. Alternatively, there might be some other .pk3 with that kind of name which you have downloaded along the way somewhere.
