Yelllo Im Heero Yuy a mapper that has been playing with radiant for a looooong time but never actualy released anything (YET)
The problem in my map is FOG, wich is obvious thanks to the subject bar. Anyhoes I have a few screenshots that explain the problem (A picture says more than a thousand words)

Did u use the search button?
I guess not... cuz i know i posted a shitload of stuff about fog on this forum, so u might to and search first :D
And you used fogclip and farplanedist so wrong its cruel lol. U really should search on the keyword fog a bit.
I also have some crap entered in skyportal entity but I have nooo idea whatsoever what they do
That s a cool idea too... i m going to try that for my future bugs sometimes...

Ive already tried searching but I always end up with stuff like fog aint working and how to use fog, but the fog IS working as you see. I dont know crap about fog dope
I know its a bit noobish JUST TO POST but I have tried and failed. I'd be happier with a simple explanation since the problem seems to be sooooo easy to solve :blah:

Ok and now for real... as i just realised this is your first post.
First: welcome to mapping.
Second: this forum is huge, and a lot of intelligent ppl have been posting on problems on here for a long time. Most likely by now EVERY bug and problem has been discussed sometime in teh past. So plz do use the search button on top first, because u ll find posts that will give u a lot of answers, and we don't need to write all the stuff again and again.
If u dont find answers, or u have been trying out a lot, plz describe in detail what u did to solve the prob. Because then we can help you best.
Your post was already pretty good, becuase u posted shader and other stuff. But it also clearly shows that u never searched for the keywwords fogclip or farplanedist on this forum (fogclip ALWAYS has to be the bigger number).

As the problem u get is appearing on the water... (if i m right), you should post which kind of water-shader you are using too.
(Is the effect on the water your only problem?)
edit: Your main problem will be that fogclip has to be the larger number... like 8100. But i doubt that your map is really that huge, so u should try farplancedist like 3000 and fogclip like 3100 first.
2nd edit: i see u use _color in the worldspawn... r u using ambient too?

Lowlife already helped me via MSN
The problems was that I probably ahd too many wrong settings of fog
I used lowlifes foggy shader instead of railguns and fogclip higher.
The problem wasnt the water, it was the fog that just clipped out stuff from my view when I could still see them throug the visible fog.
I am using ambient too though but everything's okay for now. Lets wrap this map up and put it online ASAP :bump: :D :bump: :drink:
