There is a new version of GTK/SD radiant, a new compiler for the ET features and a special ETentities.def file. All to be released with the new ET map editing tools.

I already have the project files set up and have no problem spectating the map, it's just when I tried to spawn, but that problem was that I didn't declare the map max and mins like I was supposed to :)
