Texture Artist
We're currently expanding our team of artists for our multi-platform title BRINK with Bethesda Softworks and are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic people with a talent and passion for advancing the medium.

Job Description
As Splash Damage's Texture Artist, you will work with the Art team to produce a wide range of textures.
- Work in collaboration with Environment Artists and Level Designers to en-sure a good consistency between textures and geometry
- Create textures for all aspects of the game environment
Essentially Skills and Experience
- Strong digital art skills
- Experience in creating realistic textures including diffuse, specular and normal maps
- Ability to work from photo source as well as hand paint textures
- A knowledge of composition and colour theory
- Thorough knowledge of and experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Work well in a team environment
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 3D modeling experience (such as Max or Maya)
- 1-3 years experience as a Texture Artist in the games industry, or an equivalent field (e.g. movies etc)
- Knowledge of real-time shader creation
- Conceptual drawing skills
