No, what you seriously need are people to write your documentation and then translate it. Like me!

Hope this doesn't mean the game will be delayed?

I would prefer a delay over an unfinished game on schedule. But then there have been so many news in the past weeks about developers that have lost their jobs it should be possible to attract people with the right skills. Or to put it like Jeremy Clarkson: "How hard can it be?"

it may mean:
1. possible speedups of development[due to extra-funding. let alone "mythical people/hour"-alike books on management].
2. another[than Brink]SD projects. and/or DLC/sequlels.
3. some people need help. and sometimes good personel, asking for help, rather just learning[usualy its slower alot "on own"] or frustrating.

p.s.
many other things[starting from holidays vacations needs(or just short rest) for personell].

Absolutely. I would love to be able to buy it in Fall, but would far rather have a polished game late than a buggy game early. Hopefully, Bethesda can give you the time you need, SD.

sure.
"When its done" (c) Id is alot better than
"Get it and leave us !" (c) by others.

p.s.
dark side is timeline and publushing plans, so both release unfinished and unplayable thingy or delay it until anyone lost any degree of interests[both press, publishers and gamers] are too far[and too bleeding]edges.

Pretty sure many people in the business migrate over to Europe due to many factors. A couple being some patents that basically restrict people from making certain games, like here in America. So, there is a bigger demand for workers out of country.

p.s.

I don't know if its hurting the market, the games are still being made. Only that people who choose the to be in the gaming industry will have a harder time getting jobs in their homeland. Thus, games will be not as good. There will be really good games, and really bad games at the same time as a result.
