As mentioned yesterday, Brink is up for reader's choice E3 awards over at VoodooExtremeas well as German magazine PC Games, with nominations for Best Shooter and Best Overall Game. Don't forget to vote!

is the official 720p vid available somewhere? i've only found one that's been downscaled to 480p and one that's obviously been upscaled to 720p from that 480p vid

Badman: I think your last Interview link is mixed up (Paul Wedgwood on Video Game Central). It's MachinimaRespawn, and quiet a pointless video.. Nothing was shown or said really. What were they thinking?? Edit: Also badman, The Flow Show and The Review Crew are reporting September 2010 still as release date.

Just stumbled across another poll over at German mag PC Games. Brink's up in the Best Shooter category and currently sitting in fourth place: http://www.pcgames.de/E3-2010-Event-232275/Specials/Der-beste-Shooter-der-E3-2010-PC-Games-User-waehlen-ihren-Favoriten-756922/ Reckon we can push it up a little? :)

I just threw 3 more previews in the "In the News" sticky. I wasn't sure which thread to post them in.

Thanks for the link back to Gouki. Please let Ed Stern know we said "What up Jimmy?!" Whenever you guys are in Vegas getting wasted, the whiskey is on us. I'm looking forward to Brink like crazy. Ed was the first interview we did at E3 2010 and we're grateful for his hospitality. Brink is going to be amazing. Thanks to everyone at Splash Damage, Bethesda and of course to Ed Stern. Stay in touch. Brink FTW. Erik :stroggtapir:

I must say, I don't care for the new Character Customization-mode. I prefer the old one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISEf5zSAgaM Seems much easier to navigate. Also, the color system seem very basic. It needs to be more complex so that we can decide how bright/dark we want the colors to be. (See Soul Calibur 3 and 4 to see how it should be)

(See Soul Calibur 3 and 4 to see how it should be) Regardless of how you think it "should be," A game like Soul Caliber doesn't really need to worry about things like "player recognition." The devs have made specific color options for the different factions for a reason - so you can better tell the teams apart.
