Develop Magazine has just published 30 Under 30, highlighting 30 of Europe's rapidly rising game industry stars. We're delighted to see that Splash Damage's Technical Director Arnout 'RR2DO2' van Meer made the list where he is joined by a most handsome mugshot.

Arnout's career in the industry has been a rapid one: He first led the coding efforts on the popular mod Quake III Fortress before becoming Splash Damage's very first employee and serving as Lead Programmer on Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory at age 21. He most recently shipped Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars as Technical Director at age 25 and is now directing a small army of programmers on multiple platforms for our latest title.
