What We're All About
Here at Splash Damage, our goal is simple: We want to develop genre-leading AAA experiences that are highly regarded among reviewers and gamers alike. Today we’re best known for our 6 consecutive number one hits and more that 330 awards and nominations in some of the world’s most famous universes. We've created the Enemy Territory franchise for id Software, have dominated the multiplayer aspects of Doom 3 and Batman: Arkham Origins, scaled new heights with Brink, and released RAD Soldiers on mobile and desktop, and worked on Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. Most recently we've worked on Gears of War 4 multiplayer, and have our first wholly owned IP for PC, Dirty Bomb in Open Beta on Steam.
Since the company was founded 15 years ago by three friends that played and made games together the values of friendship and loyalty have been cornerstones at Splash Damage. As an independent AAA video game developer we prize autonomy and self-reliance above most other values. Still today, 15 years after we first sniped each other on the decks of Two Forts, we remain entirely dedicated to creating the most entertaining, competitive, and collaborative experiences and that pursuit must be as fun and rewarding for staff as it is for our fans.
We want to ensure everyone here enjoys a healthy work/life balance. Thanks to our flexitime arrangement, employees are able to manage their start time and working hours, and can convert overtime into extra holiday days. And to help you keep in shape, we offer a complimentary health club and gym membership to all full-time members of staff.
