We're very happy and proud to announce that Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars has gone gold! In non-game terms, this means that ETQW is done and has been sent off to manufacturing, where hundreds of thousands of dvds are being pressed at this very moment. The game will hit store shelves in Europe and Australia on September 28, with North America following on October 2. Splash Damage is currently hard at work on the ETQW demo, which will be released in the coming weeks. You can read the full press release announcing ETQW's gold status right here.

We're delighted to learn that ETQW has been nominated for both Best PC Game and Best Online game at the Leipzig Games Convention awards. The Leipzig Games Convention is a big event in the industry calender, and we're very happy that ETQW has picked up two important nominations.
